  The manager Joy was so excellent she deserved more than five stars everyone else did not come in accommodate and help us out with joy was a joy for me and my daughter she's in the right position that she's in she really may our experience in Atlanta very welcome and we are definitely come back just to see her thank you Joy if it wasn't for you joy our experience at main event for the first time would not have been good but she definitely was a joy of our night thank you so much🥰

  JACKIE AND JOY Were WONDERFUL. Jackie host our party and she did great. She was very attentive and gave a great service. Joy is the manager and I thank her also for checking in that everything was rolling well. I will come again for sure. They were nice, kind and great service. I give them a 10. The food was awsome, it was fresh and eanough for everyone. All guest enjoy the food. I am very pleased and everyone had a great time. We all comming back. 😀❤️👍

  This place is terrible. My family and I went in after seeing the $29.99 special online, only to get to the front counter and have the employee act like he had no idea what we were talking about or how to help. He sent us to the dining area to find a server, which turned into a complete waste of time. The only server there was trying to clear off five or more dirty tables and was clearly overwhelmed, while the employee at the front just stood there doing nothing. After about 20 minutes with no help, we got up and left. We ended up at Dave & Buster’s since my child was expecting to play games. The lack of customer service and overall competence at this location is honestly mind-blowing. We won’t be back!

  Really disappointing experience here this past weekend. There were groups of kids walking around approaching guests, claiming they were raising money for prom and asking for payments via Zelle or Cash App . Felt like i was back in the Bronx. Looked that way too . I personally witnessed them taking candy from the prize area and try reselling it. Staff did nothing to address it. We paid $40 for a 5:30 laser tag session, but when we got there, more than half of the equipment didn’t work. On top of that, people were walking in and joining without paying, while employees allowed it to happen. It felt like a waste of money. When I reloaded my son’s card, the balance showed zero. I had to track down a manager and show proof of payment just to get it corrected. Food quality was also off — I ordered a double cheeseburger well done with no sauce, and it came out medium well with sauce. The bathrooms were dirty, had a strong odor, and were not properly maintained. Air hockey game didn’t have any pucks and continued to take people credit. Overall, this place has seriously gone downhill. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.—

  We visited Main Event in Suwanee, GA during our family spring break trip while visiting family in Winder. It was a cold, rainy Monday, so this felt like the perfect place to spend the day. When we first walked in, the lady who helped us with our package was very friendly and helpful—we later found out she was the manager, which made sense because she was handling just about everything throughout our visit. We purchased a package that included bowling, food, and game cards, which sounded like a great deal. We went to the bar to order food, and the bartender there was also very nice and helpful. There was a small issue where we didn’t receive all of our barcodes for the package, but the manager stepped in to assist and override it for us. The biggest downside was the wait time for food. We waited over 30 minutes, and we were told there was only one cook working at the time. While waiting, most of our group—especially the kids—used their game cards to play games. Unfortunately, we ended up using all of our credits before the food was even ready, which was frustrating. After we finally ate, the kids wanted to use their points to get prizes, but we had to wait about 15 minutes because no one was working that station. Again, we had to wait for the manager, who was juggling the front desk, store area, and even laser tag. She was clearly doing her best, but it was obvious they were very understaffed. When it was time to bowl, we were first assigned lanes 5 & 6. Almost immediately, the balls started getting stuck. We called for help but no one came, so we had to go back to the front desk. The manager moved us to lanes 3 & 4, but after a couple of rounds, the balls started getting stuck again. This time a technician eventually came, but the bumpers still didn’t work on the kids’ lane, which was disappointing. We finished up with laser tag, which the kids enjoyed, and overall we did have a good time. However, the long wait times and lack of staff at key stations made the experience more frustrating than it should have been. There really should have been someone consistently available at each area. While the staff we interacted with were kind and doing their best—especially the manager—the location seemed very understaffed, which took away from what could have been a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.
