Referring to the woman whose card was charged $200 after visiting this Wendy's... My husband spotted the man working the drive-through take his card away from the cash register to the *right* of the window (facing inwards), turned away holding the card on a surface with his back to the window for a period of time, and then did standard procedure. Needless to say, we canceled that card. No way in hell.

We went to this location on 1/26 and 4:30 to pickup a mobile app order. We had tried to add more sauce in the app, but there was no way to do it. So when we go to the window we asked for some a ranch and a bbq and the woman working very rudely said they’re .53 each. An odd number but okay. We didn’t have cash, why we used the app, so I asked if we could use Apple Pay (paying wasn’t the issue). She said yes but clearly wasn’t happy about it. So we paid 1.06 for one bbq and one ranch. She made us pull over for our food. The young man who brought it out was very nice, but the food was not. We had ordered to large fries (.75 upcharge) and instead got one large and one medium, and my husband got a baconator (key word bacon) with barely any on it. Normally I would have shrugged off the food mishaps, but after going out of her way to charge me an extra dollar and some change for two sauces I’m quite irritated our order and the up charges we paid for weren’t right.

Naomi hands down made my experience impeccable, she is very young but clearly has a solid work ethic. She always goes above and beyond evrytime I go in and I just want to show my appreciation.
