    It’s time using the Taco Bell app. I was pleased to see how I could add additional items to my bean burrito. I added ground beef and jalapeño, which tasted great. I wish the beans weren’t so runny; they kept dripping out of the shell which made it messy to eat.

    The service is horrible. We waited for more than 45 mins for a pickup order.It was not too busy with lots of people.Food didn't feel fresh. Never going back to this location.Definitely understaffed.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Taco Bell in Johns Creek. The manager on duty, Dasesha, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for customers. As a manager, she should set the standard for excellent service, but instead created a very unpleasant experience. This level of behavior is unacceptable, and I feel it deserves to be escalated to Taco Bell Corporate and, if this location is a franchise, to the franchise owner as well. Customers should never be treated this way, and I hope immediate action is taken.
