    This Subway is probably the best one around here. The store is clean and bright, and the food is well organized. The key thing is they prepare the sandwiches much more neatly than other locations—they layer the toppings on the bread in an orderly way and wrap everything up really tidily.

    I am very disappointed with this branch. We visited twice, and on both occasions, a tip was added to our payment without our consent. There was no option to decline the tip during checkout. We placed our orders to go, not for dine-in service. Additionally, the details on the receipts were incorrect. Please review your receipt carefully before completing your payment.

    I understand that things in the restaurant business can get busy but if you advertise a cold cut combo as being ham, bologna, ams salami, please for the love of God don't give a person a ton of bologna and call it a day. Reputation is everything. Other than that I've never had a bad experience at this location.

    I ordered through the Subway app and received the wrong sandwich. When I went back to get it fixed, there was a lady at the cashier, who was very rude and made it seem like the mistake was mine, with no apology at all. Thankfully, Rakesh remade my order and was very polite — he’s the reason I’m giving at least two stars. I also got a call later apologizing for the mix-up. The issue was resolved, but the customer service at the counter definitely needs improvement.
