My fiancé and I came here last night for a date night and the experience was fairly disappointing to say the least. First, they were out of the drink that I ordered, which happens, I get it, but we didn’t find this out until the first round was brought out, which hit the table after our appetizers. By the time I got a different drink, my fiancé had already finished her first drink and we were on to salads. It took a very long time to get extra sauce for our blooming onion. When my first drink hit the table, it was brought by the same server we had asked for sauces, and she looked down and noticed the sauce that had just been dropped off and said “oh good, you FINALLY got your sauce”. In my head I was thinking, yeah it took a really long time and we had to ask someone else for it so this clearly wasn’t something that she had communicated to anyone. So we finish our salads, which were good. But then our entree’s came out. My fiancé ordered a medium “thick-cut” demonic ribeye. This steak was as thin and crappy looking as a steak you could buy at waffle house and it was cooked well-done. We had also ordered steak sauces with our initial order that didn’t make it to the table until we were half way through our steaks. The server seemed to have very little knowledge or the food menu, as she just handed us the tablet when we asked about desserts. Needless to say, we were ready to leave, so we skipped dessert. The manager did make a table visit one time for one of these issues, I can’t remember which one, and he offered to comp our blooming onion off our bill. We didn’t go out of our way to complain about anything, but we were checked on very little through out our dining experience, so here is some honest feedback. I was expecting a mediocre experience walking into this restaurant, but this was pretty bad. It felt like a lot of money to spend on a crappy dining experience.

Steak was cooked as ordered, potato a bit dry, beer was cold and salad was standard. No food complaints, and i was pleased with the decent value. The best part was sitting at bar. I had not been to an Outback in 10 years or so, and here experienced something more common in an independent establishment rather than a corporate chain. I was pleasantly surprised and came away with a positive view of Outback, though I imagine that this may be somewhat unique to this location.
Apparently a lot of regulars sitting around the bar, but conversation was communal & inclusive of strangers. Mindy was an excellent bar tender/ server, and also did not appear to favor the regular customers over the aliens. Salad & bread served, with steak & potato appearing right as I was finishing my salad. Mindy had a great sense of humor & contributed to friendliness of the bar diners; also brought a little extra dressing to the dressed salad without prompt, and offered a to go soda or water at close of tab. She deserves a promotion, but would be missed in her current role. I credit her with my 5th stars for service & atmosphere
