I could tell they weren’t going to take my order properly from the start, as they were joking with each other over the speaker and talking loudly. They kept interrupting during my order, saying “OMG” and sounding annoyed and tired.

People are nice, the place is clean and if they mess up your order, they make it right. Sometimes they don’t have the Apple pie, so they offer you the strawberry? Yeah, that’s life, still 5 stars.

They usually have good customer service however this particular location decided to tell us that we can’t ask for water at the window after we’ve already ordered. I thought that was a little weird to say to a customer that’s spending money in their store, but I let it ride. I noticed that the manager was standing behind her and observed that whole interaction and didn’t say anything furthermore when we asked for mustard and salt packages, the lady rolled her eyes, closed the window and was very rude, which the manager was still there observing as she smiled, and Smurf and laughed. I couldn’t resist but to leave the review because I’m big on coaching in the moment and I know McDonald’s attention is to not have their workers upset their customers if you want good customer service stay far away from this place management and employees are in on it together no accountability.
