As soon as we walked in the door, we could hear the tall black manager screaming at the workers behind the cash register as if I was in Boot Camp again, this obnoxious screaming as the workers to push out food faster continued throughout our visit The Latino man who took our order seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He could not find a lot of the buttons. The manager came over and did not know how to add the extra McRibpatty that I ordered. She said you have to order another sandwich and walked away. The food came out incorrectly, even though we saw the young man put it together incorrectly. I went back to the counter, and the same manager gave me a look as if it was my fault for getting the order wrong. She offers no apology. A few minutes later, a young black male, probably the one who had made our McRib sandwich, came out to the counter and stared at us, then walked away. Just a frustrated stare, then she snatched the McRib out of my hand and walked away. The restaurant is cramped, with too many walls, making it look like a prison instead of a restaurant. There are no condiments. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup, etc., behind the cash register.

I don't mind the wait but staff need to be better with keeping track of where they send their drive thru customers to park for them to wait for their orders. I waited about 15 minutes at the drive through parking space because drive thru staff did not clarify to the staff who was bring the food out where my car was. Other than that this location is clean and the staff are alright. I had dealt with some rude staff here twice awhile ago.
