The pads are stationed too close to the monitors while the pads are hardly sensitive. Would be nice to see better care of this station as there aren't many PIU arcade setups around anymore.
- BBBrandon Brown4 days ago3.0I came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night thinking I would have a good time and although the bar service was excellent while I was there the wait for my food was over an hour and a half. The bartenders called and called for a manager to assist me and a manager never came. I watched as they radioed for managers to come and speak to me and it seems the managers refused to deal with the issue. I’m giving 3 stars for the bartenders because they truly seemed apologetic but aside from that this place needs some serious help.

I had a few hiccups in the beginning but she was able to get everything straightened out for me. I think the value is good for the party packages. We did bowling, laser tag, and obstacle course. Him and his friends really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely come back and celebrate here again.

Even in the past I try calling you, and it’s like a 5% chance of y’all picking up the phone. So it’s maybe, nobody is working at the desk, or everyone can’t hear the phone ringing. Now I can’t bowl at your place, you know maybe I should take people advice of not bothering to go to this place
- CLCandace LuongNov 1, 20252.0As most have said already, half the arcade machines broken. They swipe your credits but don’t let you play. My husband and I were personally robbed by the far left skee ball machine, one of the two basketball games with a wide light up hoop, and several others. Also, the air hockey table blows no air lol. Which sounds like a ridiculous complaint, until you really start feeling it in your arm because the puck doesn’t slide very far. Also, a few games did not distribute points. When we asked to be refunded the credits though, we got them with no hassle from the employee so we’re happy about that.
