Despite asking 2-3 times if they could please fix this issue, it was not fixed, although we were assured each time that they were working on it. However, it never resolved and after our first hour, we asked to be moved to another lane. It seems Main Event's focus is on parties and games, with bowling as an afterthought.

The first lane they put us on only had 9 pins on it and we told two staff members and it never got fixed. After our first game we finally got switched lanes and the gutter bumpers were stuck up and we couldn't put them down. And on top of all that the huge TV screens they have over the pins were playing inappropriate music videos for kids.

Mason helped guide our party through 2 games of laser tag, arcade games, pizza, and cake! I definitely recommend this location for large groups or parties. I was able to join in and enjoy the party as well because everything was so organized. We will be back for a family bowling night when we are looking for something to do. Thanks for a fun time Main Event!

They tried to be courteous and gave us game cards but half the games are broken and don’t disperse the credits earned so you have to go back to the front and tell them. This place is is trainwreck. Lanes ran down games don’t work. Food was overpriced for what it was. I’ll not come back. I’ll stick to Dave and busters and I recommend the same for anyone else to avoid the same experience I had
- EPEvan PawlukowskyDec 27, 20252.0Disappointing.. we've had fun at this location in the past but our latest visit was a bust. We started with bowling and both lanes had technical issues. Either the pins weren't resetting correctly, or the balls weren't coming back constantly. We had to ask for help multiple times which just ate into our purchased playtime while we stood around waiting. We then went to the arcade and I'd say at least half the games were flat out not working with no warning. We lost a significant amount of purchased credits to this issue since the machines accepted the swipes.. but did not function once swiped. This killed the vibe. Drinks took a long time to arrive while bowling. I blame this on management as it seemed they were understaffed for a busy Saturday. The chicken tenders and fries were tasty so at least they had that going for them. I will say we also visited the Alpharetta location somewhat recently and it was a very similar experience.
