  Do not waste your time or money at this establishment! Half the games won't work, no pucks at hockey tables, open pool tables but no sticks or racks for balls, we spent $90 on 2 wrist bands for bowling and tokens only to be told it was a 2+ hour wait for bowling and we couldn't have out money back. After 45 min we handed the wrist bands back and the leftover game credits back to the counter and walked out. If you have other options for entertainment PLEASE GO THERE if you don't then stay home and save your money this place simply is not worth the time or effort to visit.

  Terrible Experience. We were told the bowling wait was 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting almost 3 hours. Every time we asked, staff kept saying “15 minutes,” and we only got a lane after arguing with a manager. When we finally started, the lanes were a mess — pins fell during setup, guard rails didn’t work, and the lane kept getting stuck while the timer ran. Most arcade games didn’t work, yet credits were still taken. When we reported this, staff showed little concern and simply reloaded points without asking which games were broken or fixing anything. The ticket counter staff was unhelpful and would walk away whenever we asked for help. We were so frustrated we skipped laser tag and walked out. Everything felt chaotic and poorly run. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  This is our 2nd time booking our kids party here. The first time was perfect. This time, however, for over 30 minutes of the hour that we had 13 6 and 7-year-olds bowling, we were given the 2 lanes where the siderails did not work. Our party team manager didn’t know what to do and the manager was dismissive. The workers told me that it was very unlikely that we would compensated financially and instead offered “free” game play cards ensuring no financial loss to Main Event, despite us paying almost $500 for an hour of bowling and not enjoying even 30 minutes of it. My daughter wanted to have her party here again this year but after the experience with our sons’ party, that’s going to be highly unlikely.

  Whoever owns this place needs to shut it down to do some major maintenance and then reopen it. It seems the majority of the games did not work or were missing key pieces or not crediting the tickets won while playing. The employees we spoke to were nice about it. They gave us tickets and some free play cards. They acknowledged knowing the games are screwed up but management won’t take the games out of service. The bowling lanes are horrendous. All the house balls are missing large chunks all over and it’s like bowling with grenades😂 I buy Main Event gift cards at Costco for a discount and I still feel duped after leaving this place

  Main Event Suwanee was an absolute disaster. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the place was completely overwhelmed and poorly managed. It felt chaotic, loud in an unpleasant way, and wildly disorganized. We were told one wait time and ended up waiting far longer, with zero communication or accountability from staff. The bowling equipment malfunctioned repeatedly, and getting someone to fix it felt like tracking down a ghost. Activities started late, no one seemed to know what was going on, and the entire experience felt like they were just trying to cram in as many people as possible without caring whether anyone actually had a good time. For the amount they charge, the service and organization were shockingly bad. It honestly felt like a cash grab rather than a place focused on customer experience. Save your money and your time — this place is not worth either.
