  My husband and I stopped by to grab dinner shortly before closing on NYE. The one gentleman working it alone had such a positive attitude, and it made our night. Wanted to let him know he makes a difference!

  I've b a n having a huge issue at other Jimmy John's locations were my sandwich is straight trash. I had a crazy day at work and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up on his way home, me still stuck at work, tried, hungry and covered in filth. He came to this location and placed his order at 5:31pm on Sunday December 14, 2025. Gabrielle took the order but my shout out goes to whoever the master is at making my sandwich perfect! I had tears of joy because lately when I go to my favorite sandwich shop, Jimmy John's, it's trash. I was so happy one opened right down the road from my work in Braselton but it was one of the worst subs I've had from any Jimmy John's next to the one in Alpharetta that gave me brown rotten lettuce. To the gentleman who took the time(crazy fast according to my boyfriend) I want to personally thank you for doing such a good job. I always get a veggie sub, extra cheese, disgusting amount of extra mayo, light lettuce, add pickles, onions, and Jimmy peppers. Thank you for actually filling my sandwich with veggies. Thank you for caring. I truly appreciate you. You made me so happy simply by caring and making such a delicious sub. I truly hope your manager or the owner sees my review and lets you know how truly happy you made a fellow customer service employee this evening. I wish you a Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and a happy new year. Thanks again!

  Stella Is AWESOME‼️ I felt like a straight fool when I made a mistake paying for a simple Sicilian sub & a Chip; I had typed in my PIN as Their Tip‼️😅 Needless to say I overpaid, but Stella helped reassure me I Wasn't the 1st to do that & sorted everything out. 💯👌🤡
