I called back immediately and spoke with a slow talking nonchalant manager that said he would remake and send another one out. I waited a hour to no avail it never came. She yelled at me saying that my pizza wasn’t ready yet because she was making a large order for a school. Mind you she didn’t ask my name or nothing. The tracker app said that it was ready. She had no customer service or problem solving skills. I sat there and watched her deliberately make 10 pizzas that was going out for a delivery instead of pausing to make my 1 pizza. I also seen her go to the cash register after i asked for a refund to go straight back to making pizzas without washing her hands. Maybe it was meant for me not to eat there that day….
