  While the food is really good here, the service doesn’t match the quality of food. It’s not everyone but, I personally don’t like when my salad dressing is thrown into my bag without a regard for it spilling all over my food. I get it’s busy, but handling your customers food like that is very disrespectful and then the rudeness is even worse. This will be my last time coming here. I’ve given them 2 tries thinking maybe it was just an off day, but they are just plain rude and disrespectful . Do better.

  I Doordashed a SALAD and received everything but lettuce despite the label reading salad. It was just a soupy mess. If the staff can forget the only ingredient that actually makes something a salad, it might be time for the owners to hire a new staff. Thankfully DoorDash issued a full refund for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs, but the principle of the situation still stands.

  The girl at the first station actually gave me a good portion of meat what I would consider normal, the guy at the nxt station said ohh double meat I said no it’s a regular portion he said ohh we normally don’t give out such a large portion. Haha. Bland food, won’t be coming back.

  Very disappointed. Ordered takeout and inside the bowl there was hair. Completely lost my appetite. Host- Tevaughn.

  It is 6pm on a Sunday, I ordered one burrito and one bowl. The rice is so hard! It is inedible:(. I try calling and I have to speak to a robot. This is the second time I have come to this location and have gotten the worst chipotle of my life. I cant even get my money back without going through a long process over the phone.
