  Arrived for DD order. It's not ready yet even though it took us 15 minutes to get here. Been waiting for 10 minutes.

  On February 26, around 10pm, I went in the drive-thru to order a shaken espresso with 4 coconut shots and 2 liquid sugar. The employee asked “which one?” and I said the regular shaken espresso because I’m adding my own syrup. She goes, “So you want a latte then.” No… I know what I want. A shaken espresso tastes completely different than a latte. I literally watched her make my drink as a latte. She didn’t even shake it. The store was dead, no line, and it takes five seconds to shake it. That’s the whole point of a shaken espresso — it changes the texture and taste. I asked her if she shook it and if that was my shaken espresso (emphasis on shaken). She said yes. Then when she realized I watched her make it, she said “oh… hold on” and went back and shook it. Then I told her I couldn’t taste the coconut. She said she added it. I apologized and asked if I could just change the drink because it didn’t taste right and there was clearly no coconut flavor. She told me if she remade it, she’d charge me for a new one. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to leave with a drink I wasn’t going to drink. She said she doesn’t do refunds. She told me if I didn’t like it, that wasn’t her fault because I ordered it that way. Then she said she did add coconut — but admitted she only put 3 when I asked for 4. So that alone tells me it wasn’t made how I ordered it. I asked if I could just switch to something similar in price or pay the difference and she refused. She said she could only remake the exact same drink with the same syrups, not change it. She even tried to tell me “you meant to order the caramel mocha espresso.” No. I ordered exactly what I wanted. Eventually she agreed to remake it “just this time” and said it was my fault, not hers…though I visibly watched her make it wrong. For reference, this was a skinny tan-skinned woman with long black hair in a braid, wearing blue jeans and a black long sleeve under her Dunkin uniform shirt, working the drive-thru register while the store was empty around 10pm on February 26th, 2026. Management can easily check who was scheduled at that time. That’s not how you speak to customers. Especially when I watched the drink be made wrong. What makes this frustrating is that everyone else at this location is great. Ashee is amazing, and the young woman who works nights is always sweet and makes drinks perfectly. I just want consistency and basic customer service.

  While waiting, I notice the ladies don’t wear gloves to handle the food. Touching the foods with your bare hands is kinda nasty. I grabbed my food and threw it in the trash.

  I guess no one is working the drive thru cause I sat there for 5 mins and nothing .. smh
