  This was such an irritating experience just trying to order. One of the employees was trying to get lunch and she was basically all over me crowding my space. The lady in front of me was paying and getting her food and the cashier looks at me and says you can pay now. And the lady in front of me is trying to scramble and collect her stuff so she can slide to the side. I was rushed through the line, I didn’t get what I wanted because I was just trying to get out of the restaurant so they could serve their friend and coworker. I won’t be back to this chipotle this food is entirely to expensive to treated so rudely

  While the food is really good here, the service doesn’t match the quality of food. It’s not everyone but, I personally don’t like when my salad dressing is thrown into my bag without a regard for it spilling all over my food. I get it’s busy, but handling your customers food like that is very disrespectful and then the rudeness is even worse. This will be my last time coming here. I’ve given them 2 tries thinking maybe it was just an off day, but they are just plain rude and disrespectful . Do better.

  I Doordashed a SALAD and received everything but lettuce despite the label reading salad. It was just a soupy mess. If the staff can forget the only ingredient that actually makes something a salad, it might be time for the owners to hire a new staff. Thankfully DoorDash issued a full refund for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs, but the principle of the situation still stands.
