Today Sept 17th @ 3:15 I went through the drive through and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. I asked for just a moment and she proceed to tell me to go ahead with my order THREE times within no more than 60 seconds. Then was extremely rude taking my order and SNATCHED my card out of my hand when I was trying to pay. The interaction was super upsetting to say the least. “It’s just Taco Bell it’s just fast food” sure but I don’t think my interactions at a place where I’m trying to do business should put a bad taste in my mouth simply because the employees can’t treat customers with respect. If you hate your job that bad, find a new one. But to whoever owns this location, to conduct more business, fix the staff because the food is not the issue. I hope everyone else has a better experience.
