Several people on their phones, including the manager, doing nothing else other than standing around talkingand playing on their phones. Even the manager was unfriendly and not working. I get there to pick it up and am waiting for the chicken to finish cooking when it was done they took some of the dark meat I had ordered and filled a drive through order with me waiting now 20 minutes after I had called so then they did not have enough to fill my order. The woman got hateful when I said my order should have been filled first since I had called in ahead of time
