  Waited in line forever only to get to the checkout to be told I had to wait even longer. 30 minute wait never got my order, finally had to drive off. Whoever owns this store needs to get their junk together!

  This place is a mess. I get that it was busy, but there were only a few people in front of me and that still doesn’t explain the wait. The problem is this isn’t just a busy-day thing. Even when there’s barely anyone there, you’re still waiting forever. That tells me it’s either understaffing, bad management, or employees standing around talking instead of working. The last several times I’ve been here, my order has been wrong. Almost every time. Paying close to $20 for a four-piece chicken combo just to get unseasoned fries or messed-up food is ridiculous. What really pushed it over the edge was the visit before this one. I gave them another chance, and the chicken was undercooked. The outside was fried, but the inside was still wet with batter. That’s not just bad service, that’s unsafe. Serving raw or undercooked chicken can get someone seriously sick. Waiting 30 minutes for chicken at a restaurant that’s literally known for chicken, paying these prices, and then getting wrong or unsafe food is unacceptable. Until this location gets it together, it’s a waste of time and money.
