  We placed an order on line using the Subway APP and on line coupon. I received a confirmation email and went to pick up subs. The employee ignored us for 5 minutes while doing tasks then told us she had no order. I thought maybe we had placed order in the wrong Subway. The employee then asked us if we'd use a coupon and informed us that they didn't accept coupons. The employee then stated that " I only work here". Needless to say after she had wasted even more time by making us wait, we headed across the street to Jersey Mike's. We have no plans to return to this location.

  The older lady who works there is so rude! I asked her to put onion as it is veggie delight sandwich she said no they can’t do it! I asked her to toast my lettuce as i like it that way she said she can not do it as it flies in the oven🙄🙄! And she didn’t put the normal amount of cheese that was supposed to be there! Go to the buford one the best subway! DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. you will regret it ! The rudest ever!

  This place has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced with a Subway franchise. It always someone else’s fault when an order is screwed up. Save yourself a headache and visit one of the other Subways in the Sugar Hill area.

  I walked in and Noone was up front. I waited for about 5 mins before I started calling "Anyone here?" A few minutes later a guy comes out the women's restroom which had a sign on it saying it was out of order. He apologized said he had to use the restroom. I'm thinking to myself, the out of order women's room? Sorry I walked out. I would say to the owner never have less than 2 people working. Not only is it a security risk but its bad for business. I was about to place a large order, I am going across the street to Public.
