The young gentleman that works here reached out after my previous review to apologize for the experience that I had previously. We had a good conversation and I agreed to give this place one more shot, and while he offered to make amends for the previous experience I politely declined so that the review I would leave after another attempt would be able to be made without bias. The young gentlemen at the store is named Andy, and I will post here that his dedication to serving the customers in that store is top notch. He was very communicative and had the order ready on time. The food was great, chicken tenders cooked very well, crispy and tender on the inside. The only negative that I would leave is simply that the store's A/C is out, Andy said that it doesn't bother him but I would hope that the people that he reports to that may see this updated review would do right by Andy and have the A/C repaired for his working experience to be more pleasant. Please understand that he is a fantastic employee and deserves additional recognition for his dedication to fantastic customer service and his willingness to reach out to customers after a poor experience to listen to customer concerns and offer a solution if possible. Thank you Andy.
