  If you offer something on your menu that's not available then it should tell you when ordering. If we wanted a employee just throws whatever in the box I wouldn't have taken the time to select the variety and amounts of each I wanted. And isnt the sourdough bread supposed to be toasted on the egg sandwich? I had to do it myself. There are too many donut shops in the area to be this negligence in your customer service. Even though you are the closest to where I live, ill drive an extra mile to get what I ordered without the attitude from the drive-thur employee.

  I love their iced coffee. I bought a couple donuts and their selection was small.

  Horrible service! Drive thru was a a nightmare due to young lady working doesn’t confirm order and when I asked did you get the order, she stated what would you like to order. I gave up and left. This is the 2nd and last time for me.

  Every time I come here which is twice by the way they put it extreme amount of ice to the point where you can just take four gulps and your drink is gone. then last time I came they held off on the bacon when you're paying for bacon. Donuts are always crusty never fresh this will be the last time I spend money with this establishment normally I always leave good reviews even if subpar service but this one just really made me mad. It's is ridiculous to be spending $16 and get a gigantic cup slap full of ice to the point it's compact and no bacon with a dry crusty doughnut. I tryed twice and failed both times I'm pretty sure this is not corporate owned as the one off 20 is way better. I guess I should have checked Google and seen the 3.9 stars would have told me a lot my mistake.
