  This is by far the WORST chipotle in all of Georgia. I’ve attempted to come back multiple times hoping their short comings were due to it being a new location, but each and every time it has been worse. The “workers” in the store avoid any sort of contact with you although I was standing in line for 5 minutes and the only one there. They would rather talk about their plans for the week. When it comes to putting your bowl together they put the worst portions possible. Half scoops of rice and meat and the employee literally pinched the cheese to give me a “portion”. It would be better if this chipotle was shutdown. I am never spending my money at this location in the future.

  I’ve been to this location many times now as I used to absolutely love chipotle. This location is just like every comment says. As I’ve been now nearly 10 times it seems nothing is better… I was hoping just because it was a new establishment I that’s why it took longer / food wasn’t properly prepared…. The whole reason this is happening is because the store constantly has 5-6 employees yet only one is working . The young girl I delt with was going above and beyond trying her best while 3 other employees sat around doing nothing but twiddling their thumbs. I don’t even understand why they needed so many employees as I’ve been a foreman for years. I really wish this location had new management because now they are paying people to sit around getting paid to do nothing when every single table stays filthy, the serving counter looks like it gets cleaned maybeeee 1 one time a day. I don’t see this location lasting long unfortunately. I always loved chipotle and was so excited for one near me but this has been a disappointment since they opened. I’ve tried too many times to say otherwise. Way better off going right across he street to Brovos, and I usually wouldn’t of picked them over chipotle but this location is absolutely awful normally. Especially later in the day when I normally order (6-9pm) … honestly kinda breaks my heart as I was so excited for this location to open but it’s making me never want any chipotle ever again. I need atleast a decent portion and decent food

  Did the pickup window and was really pleased with the size of the portions. It was quick, efficient and was ready for pickup when I got there. Very pleasant and friendly staff...

  Decent Chipotle. At least their rice was cooked. Kids enjoyed the food. The staff can be more cheerful though

  The service was good, but does corporate not care about their employees at this location? Everywhere else is closed but they have their workers out on dangerous roads & freezing cold weather at dark, even when the news says to stay off roads. Other than that, the food was okay.
