- RCRob Cunningham6 days ago3.0I drove by and dined in on a whim. It was interesting to say the least. I scrolled through the reviews to see if I was the only one with the same impression. I saw a review where they said their guacamole was basically an avocado, and here I am with half an avocado in my bowl. It gave me a chuckle. The staff was...neutral. Not rude but also didnt seem like they want to be there. I think corporate should swing by. How can a brand new location have such low reviews. A 3 star isnt that good but my review is higher than their average! I also almost got hit coming in because I made a left turn to the Chipotle and its apparently a one way, despite having 2 lanes. Weird.

The service was poor, and the staff member who helped me (Braydon) clearly needs better training. When he didn’t hear or understand what I said, he responded with “huh?” and “what?” instead of using basic customer service language like “Excuse me?” or “Could you please repeat that?” It came across as very unprofessional. On top of that, the bowl portion was noticeably half the size compared to what I’ve received here before and compared to other locations. Whoever owns or manages this place really needs to provide better training for the young staff. This experience was not acceptable.

Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude truly make a difference and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. This Chipotle has become my favorite, even though I have visited several locations in the area. I have eaten at the Cumming (Exit 14) and Buford locations, but this one is by far the best. That’s why I always come back here. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience are always great. Highly recommended!

Not sure what experience they had but give these workers some grace, they were very sweet and welcoming to me! I’m a chipotle lover and I was so excited it opened up in my city instead of having to drive to Buford all the time! Reading these reviews had me so skeptical going in. Which I hate they made me think it was the worst… I’m here to be the first to say this Chipotle is fresh and very well served! It’s probably better than the Buford location. It’s so good and not under/over cooked like everyone else is saying. 10/10 recommend!!! Don’t let a bad review not make you want to try it! Employees you all are doing an amazing job❤️
- KAKeji ADec 14, 20251.0I had one good experience which allowed me to come back but the second experience was more like what has been written here in the reviews. I ordered a burrito yet when I opened it the outside of the tortilla was completely wet. I was not able to eat it as a burrito but instead turned it into a mess of a bowl. The queso was more like cheese cream versus queso dip, I don't know if the recipe changed or if it was just a issue with this location. I did not get to enjoy my meal at all. It was a complete waste of money, do read these reviews, it would be better to save your money and go elsewhere.
