- APAhmari PhillipsNov 9, 20251.0We came on a Sunday evening, it wasn’t crowded, and everyone was very welcoming, so we thought it’d be a chill night. Unfortunately, the hookah completely ruined the experience. It was honestly the worst hookah we’ve ever had. After just two puffs, it tasted like straight smoke with no flavor at all, and it actually started making my sister feel sick. We took it back, and they replaced it, but the second one was just as bad. We didn’t even use it. No one came back to check, so my husband ended up returning it himself. We asked for the hookah to be taken off the tab since it was unusable, but the manager Honeybee only agreed to take $5 off, which was pretty disappointing. It wasn’t about the money, it was about the principle and how poorly the situation was handled. My sister’s honey lemon pepper wings also didn’t taste like anything, though she did get some lemon pepper seasoning on the side, so I won’t nitpick that. Our server Bri was very sweet and professional, and none of this was her fault. But the hookah quality and lack of accountability from management definitely made this a one-star experience for us.
