  I realize this TB gets some grief but the people at the window are always nice and my order is correct 90% of the time. We live behind the store in a neighborhood, been coming to this location for 10+ years. The food is always good despite some wait times but most folks are to critical.

  About a year ago, my order here would often be messed up and not that good. As of now in the past, maybe six months or so my order has been consistently correct, fresh, quick, and delicious. Whoever the manager is here and the team deserves Praise. My order usually consists of many edits and substitutions so it’s not typically the easiest order and I’m grateful that whoever the team is now has got it together. With that being said whoever is the manager at this location please someone send someone to help and train the Taco Bell on Columbia Drive in Decatur cause that one is the absolute worst experience almost always every time I go there and every time I go, I usually regret it so I will continue going to this one for the much more pleasant experience; shout out to this Stone Mountain Memorial team. (Last order around 4:05pm on March 30, 2026)

  Every staff member has been so pleasant to interact with. Wait times are occasionally long but they just seem to be understaffed and doing their best with the resources they have. This is a pretty good Taco Bell location food wise in Taco Bell standards.

  Had a grilled cheese black bean burrito here the other day that was by far the best I'd had from a Taco Bell. The fillings were arranged such that you get a little of everything in each bite, which a lot of burrito places can't seem to do right, but this one did. As a vegetarian on a budget this is my Taco Bell of choice and other locations could learn a thing or two from it 👍

  I did an online order through the app. When I arrived there were a few cars at the drive through. There no customers inside. There was three employees on duty. A Young lady working the drive thur window. And two male employees. One male employees saw me step to the counter, no acknowledgement no greeting. He step back to the Cooking area. Second male came up,same thing. The young lady cleared a few car at the drive thur, then noticed me at the counter. She asked if I had been helped? She retrieved my order,thanked me and directed my to the condiments. Very Pleasant. Because of her I will return to this location in the future.
