- JOjasmine otis3 days ago1.0This location has horrible customer service, my card was used here when called for help the “owner” was rude and hung up in my face. I live in Tennesse how can I do a pick up for a location 6 hours away from me. Yes it’s been reported but I was calling to get help he alert to the owner who could care less. Be careful using this location they steal

After speaking to an indian man on the phone i was promised a refund within 3-5 business days. This is over a week later. I just called back as of 15:38 9/12/25 and was asked “how can i help you” by the indian representative. As soon as i said “this is Andrew calling about the refund” i was immediately told “i am in a meeting call me back later” then hung up on. I will be going to the store 9/13/25 to demand the refund or a free sandwich. I expect subway management to contact me before then.
