After speaking to an indian man on the phone i was promised a refund within 3-5 business days. This is over a week later. I just called back as of 15:38 9/12/25 and was asked “how can i help you” by the indian representative. As soon as i said “this is Andrew calling about the refund” i was immediately told “i am in a meeting call me back later” then hung up on. I will be going to the store 9/13/25 to demand the refund or a free sandwich. I expect subway management to contact me before then.

I had to repeat what I was asking multiple times. Had to call multiple times to see if anyone was even working before the individual came out of the back.
