  They were completely rude. Refused to take my rewards. tried to argue with me and refuse to listen to what I was saying even when I stayed calm. After all that they still got my order wrong.

  The staff failed to take my order properly and added ingredients I specifically asked them not to include. When I politely explained the issue, the manager—who was also working the register—was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me, “Either take the order or leave it,” and then walked away to avoid the conversation altogether. To make matters worse, I was then denied the chance to place the rest of my order. The manager flat-out said, “I don’t want to talk to you,” and they began closing the store while I was still sitting inside. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from someone in a management position. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

  I ordered through them with Uber eats. The drink was totally flat which is nasty and the sandwich wasn’t good at all. Good thing Uber eats refunded my money back. Definitely will not order from here again.
