  Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I wanted to pop in really quick to get some food after a fun event, however it was anything but quick. As soon as we walk in, we’re hit with this awful wave of heat. We don’t think anything of it since we’re not planning on being there for too long. We go to order separately on the kiosk and then sit down. After a whole 20 minutes, my friend’s food came out. Mind you I ordered before him. The employee who brought it said mine would be out soon. 10 minutes pass, it’s been 30 minutes at this point, and my food hasn’t arrived, so I decide to go ask the front. As soon as I get up there I see a maintenance man, asking for the manager so he could FIX THE BROKEN AC. The reason it was so hot was because it was literally broken. This man waited about 5 minutes just trying to find out where the manager was to lead him to the broken AC unit. Eventually I speak to an employee and tell him my order number and table number, when he asks if I used American Express, which I did in fact use. My order seemed to be ON FILE but nobody EVER made it. The employee asked the back and nobody did, so he had to go back and seemingly make my food HIMSELF. Also while I’m up, my friend goes to check for more napkins and condiments. Nothing!!! He goes to get a refill on his Dr. Pepper at the soda machine, NOTHING! He tries coke, NOTHING, he tries them ALL and ALL OF THE SODA DISPENSERS ARE BROKENNNN. 😳 Suspiciously, my friend falls ill about a day after eating here, and it seems to be food poisoning. ⚠️ The one saving grace about this place was that the employee who got my food was nice and gave me free cookies, however that is not enough to save it. 0 stars 😳😳😳

  Waited 40 mins for some nuggets, fries, and burger. Got ignored and eyed down the whole time, even after politely telling them i had a mobile order.

  I ordered two five dollar meals with the burger and two Sprite and two blueberries slushy . the person handed me my food and my two slushy. I had to wait for them to hand me my drinks and then we got back to the house and my nuggets were not in the bag. They gave me everything but the two chicken nuggets is supposed to come with it when I called. Nobody is picking up the phone.

  Please let employees know dine in customers are just as important as drive thru. Waited over 5 min to pay for a kids meal. Went thru drive thru just to test my theory and got it with ease.
