Very long wait for food. Was asked for receipt at the window. Very disorganized and unprofessional service. Employees yelling through the window. This is the second time I’ve had to edit this post. After seeing the sweet tea had stuff floating in it and then a hair in my McChicken. Disgusting. The McDonald’s in this area are terrible, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited.

This location absolutely sucks. I have an issue every time I go here. I go because it’s on my way to work, but there has not been one single time where they didn’t mess something up. Every time I order a bagel it’s black burnt like they re-toasted at seven times. Will not be coming back

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and distressing incident that occurred during my visit to your drive-through.
While placing my order over the intercom, the staff member was rude in her tone. When I arrived at the window, I was asked to pull forward because fresh fries were being prepared. Two female employees approached my vehicle, although only one was necessary. The employee who had taken my order then asked if I was the person who had been “yelling” at her over the speaker. I calmly stated that I did not yell at anyone.
At that point, she continued to accuse me while intentionally holding my food away from me. When I attempted to take my order, she pulled it back abruptly, causing the bag to rip and the food to spill onto the ground and inside my vehicle.
I exited my car to speak with a manager. As I entered the restaurant, the same employee pushed me, raised her hands in a threatening manner as if she wanted to fight, and called me derogatory names. I felt intimidated and unsafe, which led me to contact the police.
This incident was completely unacceptable. I had just completed over 12 hours of moving and was simply trying to pick up food for my children. At no point should a customer be treated with hostility, intimidation, or physical contact—especially over a food order.
I believe this behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and proper training. I am requesting that this incident be thoroughly reviewed and appropriate action be taken, as no customer should ever be treated this way.

I mean... It's freaking McDonald's. I know y'all about to act like this place is gourmet for goodness sake. Plus it's in freaking DeKalb county. I could say my opinions but then again almost every McDonald's run with the same low frequency. It's like everyone hates to work there but won't leave.
Unless you have no choice I would just move on.
