  Never eat here again. Yesterday morning while ordering our food a lady walks in & wanted to place an order. The cashier was on her cell phone & made a rude comment to the lady when she asked her to take her order. The customer tells tells her that was rude & you shouldn't talk to customers that way. The cashier then tells, "her your right but you will be okay I already apologized. I needed to finish my call." This made the customer more upset & she asked for a manager who was may 3-4 feet away. The manager was clearly buddy buddy with the cashier so there was no correcting the employee. While the manager gave the lady her food for free that doesn't excuse the rude behavior by the cashier. Even my 7 yr old son was shocked by her behavior. Based on the reviews I see in here already I will also not be eating here again. Hire better employees & managers who will treat customers properly.

  Worst experience i have ever had 12/31/25 @ 9:31 Pm Manager : Shermane Employee: Jason I never have experienced something like this, there was a problem with the Kiosk machine and waited 10 minutes to place an order. Shermane was running around trying to charge her phone while i had to ask her 4 times if i could place an order. Jason yells places the order at the kiosk and i told them it would not let me pay for the meal. Then, he decides to curse me out and call me a dumbass infront of the manager. She did nothing. Worst experience ever. Will reach out to corporate

  The worst McDonald's in history, bad customer service, the girl was very bad, I asked them to change my burger because it had pickles and they didn't want to change it, even though I had previously placed "no pickles" in the order. I used my 6000 reward points for a happy meal for my baby and they said they couldn't give it to me for free, that I should pay for it, in addition to that and as if it wasn't bad enough the nuggets were not well cooked, the potatoes too salty. I place 0 stars, I had never had such a bad experience in a McDonald's, I spent my money for nothing. I hope and in the future they can improve everything that is wrong but I will not eat here anymore!👎🏼

  I stop almost every morning for breakfast at this McDonald's, today I decided I will never buy in any McDonald's ever again for the following reason, WORKERS ATTITUDE. The lady (this was 12/30/25 @9am) at the payment window is extremely rude and disrespectful, she always has a bad attitude, making unnecessary comments about my accent and always complaining I don't say the menu items correctly. McDonald's has lost all type of leadership when training their employees, I find lot of rude employees in all McDonald's around Atlanta Metro Area.

  Customer service worker Hubert was very professional, kind courteous and helpful. He is the best employee my kids and I have ever encountered. I hope he is appreciated by this McDonald's location.
