  Lady was super rude and every-time we stop in when camping around here the shake machine seems to be down which is code for “we don’t want to clean it and do our job so we tell everyone it’s down.” We will be taking our business to BK when visiting here I guess.

  Pissed!!! Food was cold and coffee had no sugar! Came back no sorry and food was still cold … Customer service here sucks !!!!

  I came in here today around 4pm and when I went up to the front counter to pick up my order the young black girl with the hat and afro called out half of my order which I then picked it up and looked and seen that a burger was missing so then I said I thought I had the wrong order and the girl said "WHY WOULD YOU PICK IT UP THEN" after that she calls the order again and I go to pick it up and she throws it at me and calls me a dumbass. I have never been treated this way at a restaurant before and that girl needs to be fired, I'm contacting corporate tomorrow morning!!!

  This location is just RUDE! Ordered at 6:20 for curbside pick up. Hubby pulled in at 6:40 and we marked that he had arrived. 7:07 rules around still no food! Hubby gets into line and says order pick up never brought up. The lady acted like he was speaking another language. They FINALLY brought out our food at 7:15! No apology nothing! Milkshake had whipped cream which was CLEARLY melted so it had been sitting. We checked over the order and the sauce was missing. Hubby got out and went inside and said we didn’t get our sauce. The rude lady said “ I put it in the box and the happy meal bag.” No you didn’t because we checked! But no apology, just rude! We will NEVER order from this location again. The management needs to step in and teach the employees how to be polite because the manners clearly do not matter to her or the rest of the crew! So now we have cold food YAY.
