To make it worse, the shake was spilled all over the bag, soaking everything inside. It made a huge mess, and most of the food was ruined by the time it got here. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund and for this location to seriously work on order accuracy and proper packaging. This was careless and disappointing. I got off work late and it was my youngest brother’s birthday and all he wanted was a chocolate shake absolutely insane

The lady making the fries wasn’t wearing gloves, and nor was the lady making a drink for someone. Their hands were touching everything, which could easily make someone sick. That’s not okay, especially when they’re handling food for customers. This location really needs to make sure their employees wear gloves when preparing food, it’s about keeping everyone safe and healthy.

After waiting 30 minutes for 1 happy meal it was cold and I ordered in drive through then told come inside to get meal . It took the manager 15 minutes to acknowledge the situation only for her to service my toddler hard cold chicken nuggets and hard fries. I’ve already filled a complaint with the feedback link. PLEASE DONT GO HERE !
