    This morning was possibly the worst experience here. I pre ordered my sons food because he had to get to school, I waited in the car on him, an extra 5 mins before going in and still waiting for someone to even acknowledge the front counter. No one on register... manager on phone, someone else carrying out salads for later, meanwhile im waiting on 2 chicken biscuits... no special order.... instead of putting them in pock up area, she sets them on the counter for someone else to put on the shelf, so I asked whose they were and she finally gave them to him, after having to make it known that we wont have time to stop in the morning anymore because there is no urgency.

    I hate having to pull up and then having to drive around and wait in curbside for my order... Especially when it was a mobile order that I placed ahead. It was only 3 items too, not a large order.

    I spent around $22 at the drive-thru and then parked to eat. When I went inside for a refill, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t order inside. I’ve never experienced this at any Chick-fil-A before. Very disappointing and not what I expect from a brand known for great customer service.

    I visited this location today and ordered two kids meals, a grilled club sandwich meal, and a salad through the drive-thru. The employee who took my order seemed a bit rude, but I didn’t take it personally since there appeared to be some miscommunication. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was asked to park for about five minutes while my food finished cooking. When the wait went longer than expected, I had to leave to pick up my seven-year-old daughter from the bus stop because I couldn’t reach her by phone. I returned about 10 minutes later and was informed that my order would need to be remade. I thought that was very thoughtful and professional, and I appreciated the understanding even though I knew leaving was my responsibility. The employee who assisted me when I returned was kind, patient, and professional. However, when my food was brought to my car, the employee who delivered it, Lauren, made a comment that changed the entire experience. After I thanked her, she said, “Maybe next time don’t leave and we won’t have to recook your food.” I politely explained that I had to make sure my young daughter was safe, but the comment felt unnecessary and passive-aggressive. I take accountability for having to leave, but that remark felt unprofessional and dismissive. Unfortunately, it overshadowed what had started as a positive customer service recovery. I hope management addresses how communication and tone can greatly affect a customer’s experience.
