Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- BHBryan Harless1 day ago5.0First time at a whataburger and must say I was impressed. For a fast food place it checked all of the boxes. Service was definitely fast. They brought out my food to the table and even brought my milkshake to me before the food came out. I couldn't have waited 5 minutes for my food. I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a banana pudding milkshake, all of which were delicious. As an added bonus, the restaurant was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

- AJAusha JacksonApr 17, 20261.0First and last time eating here. I literally waited in line for nearly 35 minutes. 35 MINUTES. The girl taking orders at the drive through was rude. No greeting. No smile. Just handing over money and getting your drink. I had to ask for a straw. Then she told me to move my car up so she could serve the next driver. I moved up and waited some more. When the guy in the car behind me drove off (nearly 8 minutes later) I parked my car and went inside. I asked to speak to a manager and told her how long I had been waiting in line. She asked me what I’d ordered and I told her. She walked back and immediately grabbed my bag which was just sitting there. 😤 I took one bite of my fries and they were cold. She then went back and grabbed another thing of fries and an apple pie. She did apologize and said several staff members had called out. I appreciate her kind gesture. But I will definitely not be coming back. Not a good first impression at all!
