This is the worst Wendy’s ever I went to Wendy’s to buy three biggie bags got all the way home, which is 30 minutes away to open my sandwiches and find out instead of putting regular cheese on my sandwiches. They put shredded cheese. I called up to the Wendy’s and ask them about the situation one of the employees informed me that the manager told them not to tell the customers that they don’t have regular cheese and to put shredded cheese on the sandwiches and when I complained about it and asked to come up there to get a refund to employees hung up in my face at two different times very rude. Got on the phone with the manager trying to tell the manager he got on the phone hostile with an attitude because he’s mad because I’m mad about my food at the I just paid for these. and when I complained about it and asked to come up there to get a refund to employees hung up in my face at two different times very rude. Very unorganized & unprofessional staff. The manager with the locks needs retraining as well as the cashier at the drive thru window. Happily cancelled my order to avoid further disappointment from the establishment.

This is the worse Wendy’s to go to, the service is terrible you don’t get your order, but your time wasted.

Absolutely by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to not only was the manager group. He started yelling at me because I asked for a refund after his employees gave incorrect information about food and after 20 minutes, I never got a refund to my card and walked out and left the coffee.
