  The "cold brew" that I ordered was hot coffee put in a plastic cup with cold foam on top of it, and I am pretty certain that I was given a small despite ordering a large. Also, it wasn't until after I had ordered a chicken croissant and a chicken biscuit, and paid for my order, that they informed me they didn't have any chicken and asked if I could was fine with sausage. The "sausage" I was given was hamburger patties, and the bacon that was supposed to be on the croissant was completely missing.

  Ordered through the drive thru. Got pulled up. Another car got pulled up behind me. The other car got out to get their order from inside. I then go after them. He gets his order and I’m still standing there. They asked for my receipt then the young man proceeds to say yall gave her food to someone else. I then asked did your all give my food away and he proceeds to lie even though I can hear the conversations. Just very unprofessional , slow and rude. Took 20 mins for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and some fries. I can’t even upload comments because the receipt paper doesn’t show the correct store number.

  Went in for the free fries and frosty deal April 7 just for the rude worker to lie to my face saying they stopped at 5 when I checked online saying the deal was all day im not the type of person to argue with someone making my food especially since you don’t know what they could do to it back there so I just went to another one farther away lucky the worker were not LAZY BUMS 0/10 customer service was terrible!!!!
