  They will never give you fresh food! I got food poisoning from this place. This McDonalds was the only thing I ate for the day

  Chicken biscuit was overcooked the chicken was board line burnt and the fact that it couldn't cancel a online order and they manager didn't wanna help and wanted ro give me a $1.99 drink in place of a $5 frappe that I paid for and the fact she under her breath said it was getting on her nerves. Lady it's not my fault your machine isn't working and your app charged me.

  Why do y'all have a option to even order online if I still have to go to the yellow pole and wait 😔 that's why I ordered online cause I didn't have time to wait and not one time but every time

  Terrible experience We waited at drive thru for over 21 minutes for someone to take our order! And that’s not including the time we waited to pull up to speaker!! While we watched 5 vehicles pull through from other speaker!

  This location on Jonesboro rd next to I-285 is the worst location of MsDinaldthat I have ever been at.i ordered 2 biggie bag and I had to repeat to the drive in employee 3 times what I wanted and did not want on my sandwiches and she could not get it right on the ticket. A supposed manager came and she supposedly placed our order when we got our food the sandwiches still was not right. We pulled back around and a young man claiming that he was the manager listened to our problem and assured us that our order would be right this time. When we got our food the order still was not right. At that point I got really irritated at this location and decided that I would do this review and let McDonalds see what their employees are this location were not doing for the betterment of McDonalds.
