  How about these geniuses have adopted the policy of putting coffee in double cups. Once the lid is on, picking up the cup possibly means you pull off the lid and spill coffee in your lap as you drive on the interstate! I understand coffee is hot, I don’t expect a Bobbie trap as I’m driving on the interstate!!! They’ve got to be idiots to think this is a smart move instead of a SINGLE INSULATED CUP. !!!

  1 star simply due to customer service. Mcdonalds food is Mcdonalds food so you know what you're getting but the customer Service left a bad taste

  I just came through the drive thru. (03/20/26 @4:08 pm) Bought a filet fish with extra cheese. I was charged for the extra cheese. I paid. No receipt offered. Went to the 2nd window. I was told to go to a Drive thru parking spot. Received my fish. It was well done with no extra cheese. The young lady who handed me the fish, WAS apologetic. She offered to take the fish back. I declined. Fearful, that other staff may do "something" to the sandwich. But, Mcdonalds should feel really good that I donated my money to this establishment without getting my services rendered. I didn't even have a receipt to prove that I paid extra. Thanks a lot!

  This McDonald’s seems to be a welcome exception to most of my recent experiences with the chain. While they were extremely busy… the dining room was clean, food came quick and staff very friendly. This location should train some of others! 👍

  DO NOT COME HERE . THE GIRL SHAKALA IN DRIVE THRU WITH THE SANDY BROWN BRAIDS HAS A VERY SMART MOUTH AND IS VERY RUDE!!! & THE MANAGER ON DUTY SHE SAID HIS NAME JAVON /DAVON WHATEVER HIS NAME IS (DARKSKIN WITH A BURGUNDY SHIRT) HE REFUSED TO HELP ME AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME & CORPORATE # WHEN I ASKED. I AM 86 YEARS OLD. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW IN DRIVE THEU I ASKED FOR A MANAGER & HE YELLS FROM THE KITCHEN SAYINNNG HE CANNOT TAKE A SMOOTHIE OFF MY ORDER BECAUSE HE IS ON THE GRILL. DRIVE THRU IS WRAPPED! SHAKALA TELLS ME IF I DONT PAY FOR IT THEN I NEED TO LEAVE! BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY?! YALL BETTER GET RID THESE TWO!!! THEY MAKE THIS LOCATION LOOK BAD AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO UPPER MANAGEMENT CAUSE THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE.
