First time to WhatABurger - always heard the burgers were really good, and they were sooo right! Ordered at the kiosk and loved that I could customize it. I typically eat fish or chicken and they made it hard not to order a burger again...Lol! The team was very friendly and efficient. In fact, a team member and the manager both stopped by to check with each customer. I'll be returning soon for the fish and chicken options soon!

Ordered an extra patty and never received it. Called to ask for a refund and their only solution was to come back to get another patty. I explained I do not live here nor am I turning around after being back on the highway for 10 mins. So essentially stole $3.50 from me and refused to give me back my money. Poor management and disappointment.

First and last time eating Whataburger. Stopped because my lady says their food is good. I ordered a double Whataburger with cheese. As the cashier left the regristar...he took 4 steps. I asked can I have it on texas toast. He immediately asked someone and they told him no because the sandwich was already made. I ordered at 725pm it literally was 726pm. I told the guy there is no way the burger was made that fast, he asked again and came back saying no because the burger was already made. I left out of there at 732 so the burger wasn't obviously made, they just didn't want to accommodate my request. A simple request like that should have easily been honored. Since they dont value their customers i won't be spending my money there again.

Looooong wait in drive thru and then told to pull forward and wait longer when I got to the window. Staff was friendly but seemed very inefficient based on the number of people working and the time to prep an order. Food is mediocre. Burger toppings were fresh but overall taste is bland. If you like Freddy’s or BK, this burger is not gonna be your new favorite.
