So my 90 year old dad was wanting a Wendys Burger so me and my wife stop here . No one in the store but us we are counter wishing to order another customer comes in goes straight to the Kiosk which I am not used to I was absolutly lost - do you only orderthis way . Iam 69 yeaers old and old fashion , ,we finally got a order in gotour food - burgerand fries were cold my order was not right we asked for help heating our burger up the guy just rolled his eyes. . I remember goig into WENDYS and it was really good. I would rather eat a bolgna sandwich then ever go to Wndys again if this is how it is now. Hard to believe you pay for a staff just to take orders from a Kiosk , all you ould need is two people to run the store I really felt like I was just bothering them to put my order in

Five people behind the counter, nothing to do… I’m sent to the kiosk to order. Took 3 times as long for my fry and coke.
Makes no sense. I hate everything about the fast food experience these days. I keep saying I’m going to quit going, but for whatever reason still do.
I’ll just quit going to this location. Ridiculous.

I live right across from this Wendy's and you'd think because of that I'd frequent it more often, but each time I go, I am reminded why I do not. The customer service at this location is the worst I have seen. The owner must never keep tabs on this place. The longer it's open, the worse it gets. Not a single person there has enough initiative to approach a waiting customer.
I first went to the drive through, and because I have a dairy allergy (to milk proteins, not lactos intolerance), I asked about the breading on the chicken products. They told me they "cannot disclose that information", and told me I would have to come inside and look at a chart on the wall. How can you not disclose a food allergen to someone? That is dangerous first of all. What if I was unable to walk? They should have the mental aptitude to take a look at the same chart. ALL other restaurants I've been to are willing to tell me this information, as all websites will tell customers to ask at each location since food can be sourced from different suppliers. FIRST BIG X TODAY.
I came in and reviewed the chart, although I needed to be somewhere soon, and then went to the counter to ask about their fryers and whether they get the fries separately. They did not even acknowledge me the entire time I waited, despite the fact that multiple people looked at me, albeit with attitude on their faces. They just kept doing what they were doing and didn't have the kindness to come tell me to go place the order at the back or see if there was anything I needed. It is December 19th! Would it kill someone to have a little Christmas cheer?
There was no sign at the register saying I couldn't place an order there, and I waited a good 8 minutes before a customer finally told me I would have to place my order at the kiosk in the back. Multiple customers came in while I was there who were wanting to order at the counter with cash, and the staff still did not acknowledge them. Three of these left rather than fight with the lines and kiosk.
Then came the long wait. I ordered two combos for my kids only, because I was afraid to eat anything with my allergy since no one would come speak to me about the fryers. I waited another 15 minutes for the food, and yet another 5 for two small frosties. Then another wait for two small lemonades. How long does it take to dispense lemonade? They didn't have to make it. I was standing there watching. All they had to do was make it, but even though my food was ready, the guy decided to go do something for a drive through customer who already had people helping them instead of making our frosties and lemonade. So while waiting for drinks, the food got cold. EVERYONE standing in there waiting was complaining to each other about how bad the service is here.
To top it off, it was dirty in the dining room. We took our food to go because no one is cleaning. The drink machine is also out of about half the drinks according to another customer.
I don't normally complain, but this place has got to be the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Having said that, almost all of the Wendy's are getting this way, whether we are traveling or staying local. It's like the owners collect money, let people who do not care run things, and service and quality go down. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave is he knew what the company he built has become. Machines are taking over, and meanwhile, these people want good pay but don't even deserve minimum wage if this is how you will treat people.
DO BETTER!!
