    I wish I could give this location a zero star review. This is the worst service ever! Since when do you have to pay $0.25 for a single sauce packet? (Including ketchup)

    NOT OPEN LATE. Idk if its the store or the youngsters working here but I came by drive thru at 11:15 pm and no service. Automated drive thru said come through during normal business hours

    This location sucks!!! They had me wait 10 minutes for my order then it was the wrong order so I turned around they apologized had me wait another 5 minutes and this is what I received! The sausage patty and croissant are burnt, the egg has pink spots, the cheese looks like mayo and the potato wedges are so flat and hard they taste like the cardboard box they came in!!! I’m never eating Wendy’s again 🤢🤮

    Today (Oct 17th 2025 at 5:40pm) I went into the drive through and there were 2 cars ahead of us. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could approach to attempt to order. When we got there there was 10 minutes before anyone responded or made contact with me. When the woman on the PA did say something it was “Welcome to Wendy’s…one moment.” So I was patient but after 10 more minutes the cars were piling up (5 at last count). I then called to the speaker saying “hello” but no one answered. After another 10 minutes the vehicle behind me yelled out “are they answering?” And I told them no. I yelled out hello again and the woman came back with “please wait a minute”. I left at that time to go home. Very unprofessional and management needs to work on this as I was not the only one disappointed with the service. With not even a reason for the delay, an apology or “we’re sorry but we are having a technical delay” (I would have taken anything at time) but nope…nothing. Many left out of the drive through line before me and after I pulled out to go home. You need to work on this as we won’t be coming back here moving forward.

    Randomly stopped here since the kids were hungry. Ordered our food and told to pull over and did so. There was an additional car and then after us about 3 to 4 additional cars asked to park (who received their orders before us, we ordered two 10 piece meals and a 4 piece tender meal). Of course just assumed maybe someone called out. We finally get our food and the 2 order of nuggets weren't even warm. I thought it was en exaggeration and they were just a room temperature I guess you would say. We pulled around and asked for fresh nuggets and they seemed bothered. I assume they didn't check it themselves. Even if they were the first things cooked they wouldn't have cooled down in a container that quick. They asked us to pull around and we said we would wait there and a man named Wesley then came back and said we can refuse you service if you dont move. We can just give you a refund. We chose to opt for a refund and returned all the food and drinks to him. Then everyone started questioning the person at the window and we heard some one ask what the problem is and someone said they want a refund. We were also told to get a refund we had to come in the store. They were still scrambling around in there and we were then asked if we just wanted to wait for the food to come out. That is literally what we intended to do and now it's an option? That makes no sense, at least stand on the option you gave us of a refund without question and just get it done instead of scrambling around not wanting to be honest about what happened.
