  Horrible service. Got the wrong order food was cold not even warm. They Blamed it on DoorDash. I live literally across the street from the location was in contact with my dasher the whole time. It doesn’t even take 2 mins to my house from the location. They barely had drinks. Only 3 options available. I called the location to inform them I had the wrong order. Had to call 3 times to even get an answer. I asked for the manager. The lady on the phone stated she was the manager. Her name was crystal at least that’s what she said, didn’t give last name asked twice. She hung up in my face while I was talking. Horrible customer service skills. Didn’t try to resolve my order. When I called back she asked me what was my problem. I’ve been to the location before and it was also horrible. Couldn’t order at the window. Was told to come in to order. When I went in to order the drive through rep was outside smoking with headset on. Every time you go to this location it’s always something! Just ridiculous! Will be calling corporate!

  Store says close at 1am . Got there at 12:30 in the drive thru. The guy at the register says you got an order - we say no but we want to place an order. He goes silent/ after we wait for over 5 minutes for him to finally answer he says oh we not taking any orders. What!!! Bas customer service. Dear owner you are losing money.

  All around TRASH service! The young lady on the headset was cussing with her mic on about the previous customer she had. 3 orders came out as I was told to pull forward and wait. This location is a issue not matter the time of day! I speak from a place of experience as a Chef in FINE Dining, HORRIBLE

  wasn’t open when yung on door and window says suppose to be open that’s a. problem . it’s getting ridiculous fr all these wendy’s own by the same person in the area they do what they want when they want outside operation hours dnt have times on the window or door if that’s how yall gone move . and if yall changed times update your info to the customers very simple

  Terrible Wendy's, disgusting food. Everything I got was old and cold. The burger bun was hard as a rock. I asked for a new one and ths burger was cold again. Nuggets must have been sitting all day. So many employees messing around I don't understand how even remakes can be bad still when the store's empty. Out of coke and coke zero. Please just think "would I eat that?" before serving it to someone who has to pay for it. Disgrace to Wendy's.
