  I was in line at the drive thru and there was no one on the speaker.So I pulled forward to take my order. The gentleman at the register said that they could not take orders from the window when I explained what happened. He went to the manager and she was yelling from the back that I need to drive back around and get back in line to order. I had already been there 20 minutes. Her name was Tiffany, and she was very rude. This could have been an easy fix by simply taking my order from the register that was open for customers who come in. Ridiculous, and I will not be going back to this location.

  The cheeseburgers were cold. The nuggets were undercooked. The handicap stall is missing a door. The paper towel dispenser is broken. Don't eat or stop to use the bathroom. Drive by.

  Horrible service. Got the wrong order food was cold not even warm. They Blamed it on DoorDash. I live literally across the street from the location was in contact with my dasher the whole time. It doesn’t even take 2 mins to my house from the location. They barely had drinks. Only 3 options available. I called the location to inform them I had the wrong order. Had to call 3 times to even get an answer. I asked for the manager. The lady on the phone stated she was the manager. Her name was crystal at least that’s what she said, didn’t give last name asked twice. She hung up in my face while I was talking. Horrible customer service skills. Didn’t try to resolve my order. When I called back she asked me what was my problem. I’ve been to the location before and it was also horrible. Couldn’t order at the window. Was told to come in to order. When I went in to order the drive through rep was outside smoking with headset on. Every time you go to this location it’s always something! Just ridiculous! Will be calling corporate!
