The people are unpleasant, the service is terrible, they didn't have ketchup or mayonnaise. They should close the place and reopen when they have everything. If they don't like their jobs, they should find somewhere else where they're better off, because the only thing they were paying attention to was their cell phone. I don't recommend it.

Between them closing earlier than they’re supposed to, serving cold items, serving the SMALLEST tenders (and the tenders JUST started being served at Wendy’s locations), they are supposed to be served fresh to order, they aren’t. The place serves old and/or cold fries to customers and then give you rebuttal just for asking for what you pay for. Management doesn’t care because they haven’t fixed anything no matter how many people leave a review on here to complain lol. Definitely the worst Wendy’s on/near the southside. Can’t even think of anything positive to say besides the fact that I be giving them a chance when I have liquor in my system. And even then, I’d still be left unsatisfied.

Men's bathroom lock was broke and the exhaust fan sound like it was about to go out when I told the employees at the counter they acted like they already knew and nothing's being done about it.

I came through the drive-through today around 1:05 PM. The lady on the drive-through was very rude. I tried to contact the restaurant to speak to management. No one has picked up. I will go beyond and speak to the next person on the ladder. So rude that I just left. No one gives a place money where they feel disrespected

Literally the worst Wendy’s to ever visit. Awful I placed a pick up order and i was told to pull up and forgot about for 15+ minutes!!! Usually I understand but I watched 5 five cars leave with their orders while im waiting on mine. I got back in line then proceeded to wait 15 again. If you’re in a rush and need quality food this is the wrong place!!!!!!!!! It’s always like this. Go to the Wendy’s .5 away I never
