The Indian lady who usually works the cash register is consistently rude to the other staff. I always see her nitpicking with them, giving dirty looks, and avoiding helping when it’s busy, I can tell this makes the whole environment tense and unpleasant. It’s unprofessional to see someone in a customer facing business treat their team this way. I really hope management addresses this with the cashier, because it creates a negative atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Every time I order from here no matter the flavor, the smoothies are always bitter. I don't expect them to be supper sweet but they need to at least have some kind of flavor instead of being bitter. My last order was a island green and all l could taste as ginger.
