  The store manager Denise was the rudest person of ever spoke to in my life. My husband and I order eight Doritos locos tacos no meat add black beans. The order came out with meat. We were promised a remake. Unfortunately we did not get back from out of town till 3 weeks later. Despite proof of purchase and proof of wrong order Denise refused to replace the order. I would suggest you don't go and spend your heart on money at this location. Eight Doritos locos tacos cost about 32.00. that is extremely too much to give to a rude establishment who doesn't care about your hard earned money

  This place is absolutely terrible. I placed an online order a few weeks ago. Guy asked me to come inside to get my food because it wasn't ready yet. Why would I do that when I came through the drive thru? Clearly I didn't want to get out of my car. It took forever but they finally brought it out. I just assumed they had a bad night and tried ordering again tonight. Here we are two weeks later, I order online again, 2 boxes. My kid goes to pick it up and gets pulled up again. This time when the order is brought out both chalupas are made incorrectly, both sides are incorrect, which she later found out that they took it upon themselves to substitute since they didn't have anymore cinnamon twists, and she's still waiting on a Baja blast, which they later said they didn't have when bringing the food out. It doesn't make any sense how slow moving and incompetent these workers are. 45 mins on 6 tacos/burritos for what? Their service skills, or lack thereof, are the very reason they are stuck working in fast food and can't get a real job. Train your workers better or get some people in here who want to work.

  Get home and noticed that on my receipt they rounded my bill up without asking. That is stealing. I will be reporting this. People lack integrity and it will eventually catch up to the business.
