    Get home and noticed that on my receipt they rounded my bill up without asking. That is stealing. I will be reporting this. People lack integrity and it will eventually catch up to the business.

    This location needs guidance. They got every order wrong and the cook staff seemed to not want to work with the manager on staff. The manager had to physically make and remake all incorrect orders. The wait time was horrible- over 20 minutes.

    Hello to whom this may concern, I order one soft shell taco and nothing else. My order total was $2.03 cents but by the time I came to the windows to pay, my order total is $3.00 i mention to the man named "Joshua P" that I thought my total was $2.03 cents. He then said that naw it's $3.00. Then he mentioned about the donation round up, I told him I didn't agree to that. I was charged $0.96 cents extra which was my total of $3.00 even. I barely heard anything he was saying as if he was communicating very slow that I couldn't really understand nor hear him clearly. Bad customer service. He knew darn well I didn't agree to pay extra for that donation round up but he assume I was ok with it and charged me for it anyway. I wonder what management is going to do about this, nothing as always. I still have the receipt for proof that I was charged for this donation round up that I never agreed to pay.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I hate that they took out any way to order except the self serve kiosk. Don’t even have a menu board on the store to look at. Food was ok though.
