Placed my mobile order 20 minutes before I got to the location. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes, told them to just cancel my order. It shouldn’t be 5 cars told to park so their food can be prepared. I don’t trust incompetent people handling my food, I’ve worked fast food and seen the disgusting things people to do others’ food. Taco Bell literally has 10 ingredients, there’s no reason that food should take that long. They said they can’t cancel it and I would have to. But they marked my order as “ready” even tho I told them to cancel it before they made it.
Spoke to a manager today and she hung up in my face. I will just dispute the charge with my bank and email corporate about this.
Horrible, horrible horrible experience will never be back. I’m not sure if this is a franchise or under corporate, but definitely doesn’t meet any standard of servicing the community. No greeting upon entering the door. No acknowledgment at all Upon arriving at the counter. No care or concern was put into my online order. My drink was melted. The bottom of my bag was soggy, and the attitudes of the employees was absolutely ridiculous especially when the person making the food had to come and help I see why the restaurant is empty
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Kevin, the night shift manager at Taco Bell. Every time I’ve come through during his shift, he runs everything so smoothly. The team is organized, the food is fresh and accurate, and the customer service is always on point.
What really stands out is his attitude. Even during late hours when things can get hectic, Kevin stays calm, professional, and friendly. You can tell he leads by example and genuinely cares about both his staff and the customers. The energy in the store feels positive and efficient when he’s in charge.

Dear Evelyn, Meme, and the Taco Bell Team,
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you for the kindness and compassion you showed me during one of the hardest seasons of my life.
When I was homeless, cold, and standing in the rain with no family or support system to lean on, you allowed me to come inside—offering me warmth, dignity, and safety when I needed it most. You didn’t have to do that, but you did, and that choice meant more to me than words can fully express.
Allowing me to clean in exchange for a cup of coffee and a meal was not just an act of generosity—it was an act of humanity. In a time when I felt invisible and forgotten, you treated me with respect and reminded me that I still mattered. That simple meal and warm drink carried hope, encouragement, and a sense of belonging when I had none.
Your kindness helped me survive a moment when life felt unbearable. I will always remember the compassion you showed and the way you saw me not as my circumstances, but as a person worthy of care.
Thank you for being a light in my darkness. Your actions will stay with me forever, and I carry your kindness forward as I continue rebuilding my life.
With sincere appreciation and gratitude,
Sheryle Woehler
