  The welcome server provided unsatisfactory service. Despite the low occupancy, they were unable to assign a table, offering only a booth. This lack of seating flexibility is concerning, and guests are left with no alternative but to seek dining elsewhere.

  Let me just say Mario our server was great. And I don't eat steaks often but when I eat one it has to be delicious it has to be one that I can truly enjoy. 3 of us ordered steaks at our table. Noone enjoyed their steak honestly we should have sent them back but I don't think they would have gotten it right. The steaks were either under or over cooked. They were not seasoned well. They did not taste good at all. We bought one of their more expensive steak the ribeye bone in. Honestly this was the worst steak I've ever had!

  The worst. Dirty bathrooms Restaurant physically falling apart. No toilet paper. Poor service. Dirty tables everywhere Dirty dishes cups and silverware. Waited for 15 min before a server came. Food was tasteless. And not hot. One meal came. Then my sauces. Then the other person's meal. Then the other person's food. I paid 99cents for a sauce that was 1/4 full. And was also poorly prepared(horseradish sauce) Managers were not professional and Dirty attire. Very disappointed considering we were traveling and wanted to splurge on a nice meal and dining experience.

  EDITED: The store reached out and we discussed the issues, I explained I wasn’t being a Karen but constructive criticism is still needed sometimes. They made it right and I believe I will give them another shot in the near future. Giving it a couple extra stars for the initiative to correct the wrong. Original Review: This was an awful experience!! 😩 The service: we went in Sunday evening about 630 and we had to wait for a two top, no big deal. Get to the table and it took forever for our server to get our drink orders. After asking once, and never getting them I went and got silverware from the host stand. Never refilled our drinks. Never asked how food was or if we’d like more bread. I had to get up and get ketchup and mustard because we asked twice but she never came back. She completely disappeared the majority of our meal. I had to ask other servers for stuff because we’d ask but she would never come back. The food: I had the ahi and salad and it was pretty good. He got a burger and it was plain and so dry. Fries were so salty we were like dusting them off. And I LOVE salt. Maybe a bad night, but we definitely won’t be back 🫤
