We stopped at this McDonalds for breakfast and there were plenty of people working there so I am not sure how you can forget to put syrup in the bag if someone orders big breakfast with hotcakes and butter also forget hashbrown. It's not very difficult we literally had 2 orders that's it 👎

Got a 10 piece nugget meal and a mcdouble, and the Mcdouble's bun was hard and not fresh and the cheese tasted freezer burnt!! Fries were cold!!

IT'S A TABLE SERVICE : The McDonald's associate comes up fumbling holding the packet in hand and places it on the table, HERE'S YOUR FOOD.
I then inform him that ISN'T IT A TABLE SERVICE ORDER ? So he goes back and comes with my order on the plate WHERE the plate paper is wet. The plastic has water in it with my food.

I had a horrible experience in the drive-through this morning. I went over there to get a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle meal and I was giving a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle completely wrong order. I called the store to try to resolve to get a refund or my breakfast meal again, and I did not receive any callback or anything. I left a voicemail and everything. The staff looked like they were Dealing with a lot, I asked the lady in clarified with her through the drive-through can I get my grape jelly and she said yes I will give it to you and I was given nothing. The chicken sandwich was very dry. I was not given my actual order I was charged extra for something I did not receive and my coffee. I ordered one cream one sugar they put like three creams in it or two creams in it and barely any sugar no sugar after all whatsoever so I’d like to get a refund as soon as possible or if I’m able to get my food and mail again tomorrow morning this was a horrible experience this morning

10:20am on Dec 9th, I went to the drive thru and ordered an Steak Egg and Cheese Bagle meal with an orange juice but instead I recieved an Bacon Beagle meal instead. This is not on top of using a $10 McDonalds gift card my place of work rewarded me, but was informed that it was only $5 which was strange, without a fuss I paid the differrence. The disappointment was the experience and the lack of urgency to correct the situation. The staff member say that all of the breakfast sandwiches where thrown away so they could not make the Steak Bagle sandwich and I have to talk to the manager which was very disappointing. I am a retail manager and its instill the importance of customer experience and residue affects of the way they are treated. Im hoping someone reachout to me for a resolution.
