I asked a simple question about a menu item and was met with attitude that made it seem like I was the problem for even asking. Customer service should never make you feel small or like you’re inconveniencing them, especially in a place built on quick service and clear communication. Really disappointing.

I’ve been here now for over 15 minutes. I would hope they have an adult manager whom is ready to serve the public correctly. Honestly none of these workers would be at a chik fila doing this .

I sat for a few minutes no one talked to me etc. Anouther truck pulls up to other speaker has their order taken and gets I front of me. I know they saw I was there first, but ignored me. Then I asked fir diet coke 3 times in my order I repeated that I wanted a diet coke. I even verified it with the lady who hands you your order and fills your drink at the last window. I asked straight forward was this diet coke, was told yes. Put straw in tasted nope IT WAS COKE ZERO which I hate. To late and bo time to go back why can't these place get an order right!
