I don't mind being patient to get the order fix but don't argue with me about a no brainer issue. They left the bacon off my bacon egg and cheese. Had the receipts. Then they argue that they didn't forget to add bacon. For reference I'm holding the bacon less sandwich in from of his eyes

When I got home I attempted to call them several times, and of course no one answered. The next day I returned to McDonald’s and spoke with the manager, she agreed to give me the missing socks, which in fact she LIED, she never returned to the window to say she changed her mind. Instead she had her crew member advise me she wasn’t going to replace my missing socks. Honestly, I only went to McDonalds for the Grinch box and the SOCKS! Because I am definitely not a fanned of the food! I did call corporate, and they still did nothing.

Then I finally had to say hey ibthink I have been forgotten about. The manager asked for my receipt gave me to over cooked hard as a rock hash browns then she asked the girl where is the latte that had been sitting on the screen for over 20 min. This is insane. I think the staff seen me as a white man. And just did shifty to me for me being white. Rude and no apologies says it all. They changed my oil faster than they could make my drink and give me something worth eating. Smh McDonald's do better.
