A complete lack of respect and attention to detail by the entire staff and I now see why this place is going downhill. Head over to Italian Oven up the road for a much better experience.
- DDDeeDec 19, 20251.0Came into this establishment after being a longtime customer of the Johnny’s pizza on Virginia Avenue I ordered a Mediterranean salad. The presentation was not good it did not look as advertised no pinwheels, and the Cam olives were extremely salty. The lettuce tastes pretty good so the cucumbers, tomatoes, taste like tomatoes, and the onions were extremely thin, but overall the salad was like a five so it was OK but the calzone and the sauce was not good I got charged for the sauce. When I asked her to correct it, she said oh ma’am I can’t correct. Any of that all I can do is take 20% two dollars. The service was great. The waitress was wonderful but the way the manager handled the situation with the calzone being not appetizing and she refused to take it off. I was totally disappointed and it was not the same as the Johnny’s on Virginia Avenue.

The food was boxed with care. All that I ordered was included. I’m disappointed with the CP. It was EXTREMELY dry. The marinara was practically nonexistent. The chicken and spaghetti was so dry. I did not enjoy this meal. I ate some of the salad I ordered - even the salad had so much lettuce in it. I wish I could ask for a refund. It was not worth the price I paid.
