  I come to JJ's for the soft fresh bread but past couple times here, the bread has been overdone and hard. Tried to give them another chance and saw the guy making my sandwich was about to cut open a bun with a black burnt hard crust bottom. I asked if he could please use a different one that wasn't burnt and he balked, saying there was nothing wrong with it. I said I didn't want a hard, burnt bun again. He hadn't even started making the sandwich yet. He very reluctantly used a different bun but not before indicating I was some sort of diva for asking through his facial expressions and body language. Should have just walked out. JJ's used to be the standard for sandwich shops but this one has declined and we won't be back.

  Worst Jimmy John’s I have had, bread is hard as a rock, can’t even bite through it. Very disappointing, next time I’ll go to Jersey Mikes

  We came in late several days ago. A big black guy was the only guy working. He was friendly, professional, yet casual. Great people skills! I hope he gets recognition for his service!

  This is the WORST JJ’s I ever been to. I came here because it’s the closest one to my job, I came here on my lunch break. I ordered online a tuna Unwich (if you love jimmy John’s you know what that is), I got back to work and there was NO tuna inside. I have a 30 minute break. I called the store 5 times before someone answered. Long story short, I have no lunch. This was one of the worst experiences ever!!

  Well This location continues to go down hill. I door dashed our order from here and they actually sent us a sandwhich with a huge whole in the top of the bread. No crumbs in the package indicating it was like this when it was prepared. Who does that? It’s an open faced damn sandwhich!
