  The morning shift lead/manager who was at the drive thru had a terrible attitude and energy with me today. He is not friendly and very unprofessional. It’s disappointing to be treated with disgust for responding to your question about what I thought was my order. There were a few different options of how you could have handle this situation but you choose to respond with disgust and cease communicating with your customer. I don’t think I will patronize at this location again. Wishing him the day he deserves.

  This is my favorite dunkin in the area. Not only does my drink ALWAYS taste right, they have some of the best customer service. Shout out Arielle, she’s the sweetest person ever. She makes sure you are well assisted and makes your drink with an abundance of love. #greatexperience :)))

  TERRIBLE! Rude staff and they never have any donut variety. Usually they tell you it’ll be a wait, this one just says no they don’t have it. Also, forgot my croissant because she was such in a rush (for nothing btw. There were little to no customers in the store) and it was early.

  Let me just say Kiarra is a beast at making my drink. I come here just so she can make my Carmel craze coffee with an espresso shot. She is the absolute best! Thank you girl as long as she at work I will come..
