Horrible customer service, staff lacked common sense. i sat for over 2 min waiting at the drive thru board to place my order and thought well maybe no one is here since there were no cars, but i pulled around and saw a car and waited so i could place my order at the window… the staff went back and forth with me and told me they weren’t going to take it and i had to pull around, at this time i waited now 6 min or so.. instead of her apologizing that no one took my order, she refused. i asked to speak to the manager and she said they don’t have one and they only have a store manager named Omar. i ended up leaving, smh.

Horrible...drinks are never consistent and attitude when a customer tells them something is wrong is crazy work.

I have been to this location a few times and it does take awhile at times (but that's because it gets busy). Overall, it's great! Today specifically was even better and got what I needed in under 5 minutes. Fast, friendly, and kept clean!

The food is always hot and taste good. The service is a hit or miss. Lately it's been better but I've run into some really nasty workers there. I think I've even caught the owners helping. If there is the slightest of a line- YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT at least 10 min. And they pull people up often but as I stated when they bring it to you, the food is fresh. There's a reason people are willing to wait though! I would recommend if you are not in a rush. If you are it is best to go before or after the rush hours. I will return for sure, regardless of the minimal issues.
