  Was there at approximately 2:15 on October 5. Ordered a brownie confection. Upon paying for my order at the drivethru I watched one worker not use gloves and place my item to be sent out. I then observed all three young adults (2 males and one female) proceed to disregard the order and get on their phones. Not one even looked up or gave an ounce of concern about the customer service. I honked twice after waiting exactly 5 minutes and finally was able to get the young lady's attention. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one on shift. I then politely asked to speak to the three young people. The one who took my order and who was at the register was immediately defensive and told me "I did my job, that was on him". I am asking that the manager (who was not available) train the younger staff a bit better regarding customer service and how to complete the transaction.

  Very nasty. The food was horrible and the manager had rotten black teeth.

  Very friendly service from the cashier. Food was served quickly even though it was at the lunch hour and tasted very good. It was clean.. the ice cream cone proportions were wonderful. Would eat there again in a heartbeat
