  Horrible experience. They failed to give us all of the sides for our 3 kids meals and 1 of 2 bowls AND when we finally got to where we could eat it the rice was barely cooked. Pretty much a waste of $40.93 because the food wasn’t even edible. We were traveling or else we would have taken it BACK. The service was horrible. Chips were ALSO undercooked and unsalted . This was a waste of money. Worse service . When I called chipotle customer service they comped me the 3 kids meals of the 5 meals that I had to toss. Do yourself a favor and do not eat at this location .

  I’ve been going to this chipotle since it opened. It use to be great service, and food was good and fresh. The restaurant was well stocked and clean. This last year has been horrible they need to do a clean sweep because if the health department would come in there, the restaurant will be closed. The service is horrible, bad attitudes not even a greeting when you walk in, food is old been sitting out, the queso taste like it’s spoiled. The drinks look like it’s been sitting since yesterday and one of my drinks were old. They need to hire people that want to work and care. It wasn’t but two customers in there which would be a great time to restock and prepare for the evening crowd. Don’t eat here, go somewhere else or cook at home, it’s more safe and sanitary.

  Waited 15 min for vinaigrette because they had to make some, turns out they had some in the fridge the ENTIRE time. Lady serving the food around 3:00pm was very rude towards her co workers. The entire place was just overall very disorganized.

  Just left chipotle on Hudson Bridge Rd around 5:15pm on 12/29/2025, got home and 3 of the 6 bowls have brown rice that are not fully cooked. The rice grains are small and hard. I ordered 6 bowls, the girl at the register said I had 7 bowls. This then forced me to check the bowls to ensure I was paying over $60 for the correct bowls. Girl at the register is just watching me check the bowls with a sassy look. The lady that finished make the bowls tells me that the 7th bowl wasn’t mine, and she takes it out our bag and toss it in the trash, with her sassy attitude. If they would slow down and have just a tiny bit of courtesy, they would’ve known that the 7th bowl belong to the next customer. I then ask for 6 vinegarette and the same girl on the register places all 6 in the customer bag behind us. She never opens her mouth to say anything. I then correct her again and she transfers them into my bag. No customer service, no apology for all the errors. I typically drive from Conyers to this location for the service but today the service and the quality of food was not worth the drive. . . 3 wasted bowls. If/When I return to this location, if these 2 young ladies are working, I will take my $60+ elsewhere.

  I love Chipotle's food in general and feel that it usually tastes great at any location. However at any given chipotle location the execution can be so bad that long waits and incorrect orders can outweigh the delicious healthy food. We stopped at this location at night the Friday after Christmas and they did a great job even though I had a large complicated order. Seemed like an above average chipotle! Even their guacamole had more flavor and was better than I've ever had at a Chipotle.
