  Coffee stand no coffee. Serious? Also no notice until you are already stuck in the line and can’t back out. How about damn sign so those of use that don’t want zip fizz or anything else don’t get forced into purchasing something other then the coffee we originally wanted. Lady who took our order knew they could not make coffee but still waited to tell us after placing the order that they could not make coffees. Waste of time. Advice- If your can’t make coffee put up a sign that says that before people are stuck in the drive through.

  I decided to stop by this coffee shop because I received a free drink coupon. When I pulled up, I waited about 10 minutes and then a young lady came to my window and asked for me to place my order. However; I could not see the menu, so I asked her for one. The young lady walked away to get a menu and never returned, so when I pulled up to the window I had to place my order. Faith assisting me with placing my order for a medium vanilla latte and she was very personable and sweet (great service and energy). In my opinion the latte was very milky and had a very light coffee flavor. I’m a fan of stronger, coffee flavor in my latte. There is a coffee shop across the street in my opinion that has stronger flavored lattes. I realize after some research that this place is a chain, and I tend to favor for the mom and pop local businesses. I have to admit this place is always extremely busy so in general most people seem to like the coffee at this location.

  I visited the Stockbridge, GA location this morning. I arrived prior to the store opening at 5:30 and was the 3rd car in line. I placed my order and paid. At 5:45 I requested a refund. I heard someone in the stand say they haven't started on  the drink yet and repeated the order out loud. I received a drink that tasted like milk and gave it back, but still no refund. I requested another drink, refund, coupon for a free drink, whatever they could provide that would get me on my way to work the fastest. At 5:50 I had to leave in order to get to work. I was late for work. I did not receive a refund. I did not receive a drink. I don't know what to do since I have left the establishment. They gave several excuses as to why I could not get a refund. I was told there was a code that had to be put in in order to do the refund. I was told several times that they were working on the refund. I was frazzled and didn't get the manager's name. Please reach out to me as soon as possible. I could not find a phone number that goes to this directly to this stand so that I could get this resolved quickly. UPDATE: I went back after work. The manager was very accommodating and apologized for the situation. They were still unable to process the refund, however, she remade my drink from this morning and offered coupons for the unconvinced which I accepted. Her customer service was excellent. She made every effort to make the situation right.

  So after work one day, I went by to get my wife and I two white chocolate mocha frozen chillers. This is an item that is on their classics menu from what I can see on online and we have ordered this item multiple times from other locations. The young girl that took my order, said that when I gave her my phone number, it showed the item was crossed out as though I couldn’t order it and so she asked me if she could get them to make something similar to that and I told her that that was fine. I assumed she was new. When I got the drinks they didn’t look like what they had before and they tasted awful!! It tasted like straight espresso. So I went back to get them to remake it, which they did and acted confused as if they didn’t know how the drink was supposed to look. It came back out a second time and looked white almost like a Blondie and it tasted like straight milk. So I asked for them to remake it as a German chocolate and the same where it came out tasting just like espresso. At this point, I decided to just ask for a refund and let it be. I was extremely shocked that nobody seemed to know what the drinks should look like or taste like. I would definitely not suggest this place until they get their act together and I will definitely not be one to go back and try again.

  The lemonade is amazing and was such a nice treat that we came back the very next day and ordered the exact same drink—no ice and paid extra for it to be filled. Our daytime service on the first visit was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, including the no-ice option and the extra charge to ensure the cup was filled. Unfortunately, the nighttime experience was very different. When asked if we were rewards members, the employee took the number but cut us off to ask if we wanted the same order as before. The interaction felt rushed. When the drink came out only half full and we asked about it, we were told, “it comes like that,” despite paying the same price and the extra fee as before. We still love the lemonade—just hoping for better consistency in service and preparation between shifts.
