- PBPomona Brown2 days ago1.0I pulled into the drive-thru on a busy day only to find out that Chick-fil-A does not serve decaf coffee. Thereafter I had to wait until it is my turn to pull out of the line. What a waste of time. Why doesn't Chick-Fil-A sell decaf coffee?
- KKKristen6 days ago1.0This is now the 3rd time they have messed my order up. I get a chicken bowl everytime and when I remove the egg there’s literally barely any product left in the bowl. There is literally 3 slivers of chicken in my bowl and they said that equals 4 nuggets. They also are the only Chick-fil-A to charge you for a dressing when you order food. Anywhere else you get a free dressing with any entree. They refuse to add more chicken and would just rather give me a refund than to fix the actual issue. The customer service is not there.

Drive through takes forever, sometimes my food is hot, sometimes cold, and when I go inside to avoid drive through, it takes just as long! Customer service could use some training. Those kids are not paying attention. I hate this is the location closest to me. Ordered online and it still took over ten minutes. Sat in the window while the kids laughed and joked about touching someone’s “booty”.
