- JMJonique Milner4 days ago1.0I always have an issue with this particular Chick-Fil-a! Tonight I ordered an ice cream in a cup. I received milk and cookies in a cup! The ice cream was completely melted. When I called up to the store they said I probably sat in the drive thru too long and the associate didn’t realize it. Which is false I was only in the driveway 2-5 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager he didn’t take the situation serious wanted me to come back to the store for an ice cream cup when the store closes in 5 minutes. Unprofessional and poor service to say the least
